AIS Transactions on Enterprises covers all relevant topics around Enterprise systems (ES) like for example the development, deployment and use of ES as well as business models of ES providers. It's aim is to provide practitioners and scientists with the latest scientifically created knowledge. Another subject is the ES education, providing a space for cases and teaching relevant articles.

The open-source journal aims to provide a dialogue between research, teaching and practice by offering peer reviewed articles and teaching cases to the world wide community. Based in the Association for Information Systems (AIS), special interest group Enterprise Systems (SIG-ENTSys) ideas and concept developed both from AIS and non AIS members are brought together.
Another mission is to foster multi-country and intercontinental research by providing a platform where researchers can exchange their ideas by publishing them.
